You'd think that all three would be connected . They're not. But, who knows, I might find some way to connect them somehow. Hmmm... just a thought.

THE ROACH
A roach meets in a bathroom
a girl who doesn't want to crush it
with slippers
and see its yucky result.
So, she gets an old soap dish
and covers the roach with it.
The roach will, then, disintegrate gradually
to its watery death.
Will it be painful? Who knows...

THE ANT

I saw an ant fighting fiercely
to get out of a drop of water.
After lots of struggling,
it finally got out of that drop of water
only to find itself trapped again
in another drop of water.
It got out, then trapped again.
Life is like that, isn't it?

A MAN NAMED JIYUU

I'm sitting alone
in a corner of my dark cell,
waiting for my end.
I hear the footsteps coming.
The door opened,
and I'm led to the gallows.
The noose is put around my neck.
The time has come.
I am free at last!
Then all becomes dark and quiet.

Slush… Slush... Slush…

Foreign, the slimy twerp slithers

on a drenched tiled floor.

Sensing foreboding peril,

it lifts its extremity that is

some times sightless head

other times tail.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

Drizzle of white crystals

pierce its vulnerable body

as it wriggles and writhes

to its sodium chloridic demise.
